The stay will just fine for someone who wish for an budget overnight purpose only as the hotel itself does not provide anything except bath towel and 1 small bottle of bath shampoo (for hair and body). Just that I hope the hotel management can improve the receptionist service especially during early morning where people wish to check out and found out that there is no one at the reception counter, after ringing the bell also get no response, waited about 5 to 7 minutes only come out someone to assist the check out process. *Beware that the shower head might not be able to place properly due to spoilt holder

It’s place tiny, toilet door can open fully as it hit the sink, there’s no area to put large bag, no cabinet, just area to hang clothes in open area

We’ve check in late. Very tired and at the 1st place I’ve wrongly booked date. Should be book for that night but i’ve booked a few days after! The ladies (receptionist) mentioned i can cancel that oder and try new booking for that night.. Luckily with some evidence i’ve got my money back! We’re very happy with their services. I have problem my knee to climb stairs. & Their receptionist allow us to use one room in the ground floor! Love the simplicity of this place.. Love the kidness & politeness ladies receptionist.. Love much for the price! If u have tight budget for accomodation & short vacay I recommend this Clove Hotel for U! Simple yet cosy..

Cleaner/housekeepinng pemalas. Management hotel tolong pantau. Toilet dia bersihkan yg nampak dari luar pintu. Sebelah kiri yg tk nampak dari luar berkerak gila+dlm bowl ada darah. I pergi front desk mintak tukar bilik . I mmg dpt tukar bilik tp kebersihan toilet masih sama. Cleaner tu pandai .. site dari buka pintu toilet nampak toilet bowl tu ok je. Masuk dlm sikit dinding berlumut. Toilet bowl berkerak . Kembang tekak
